Description
Legendary vinegar maker Tobaya Suten produces this vinegar once a year, only. It is a mixture of rice vinegar and ume fruit (25%) and has a wonderful sweet apricot flavour that adds a warm, fruity element to sweet or savoury dishes.
Use it in jellies, fruit-based desserts, cakes or puddings. Its tartness also cuts beautifully through rich foods and lifts marinades, sauces and dressings.
