Description
This Somen is a specialty of Shodoshima Island, Kagawa Prefecture and has a history of about 400 years.
Carefully selected wheat flour, salt and sesame oil are used as ingredients. The white, thin noodles are made over a two-day manufacturing process by craftsmen, which involves them being sun-dried in the clear sea breeze from the Seto Inland Sea.
Boil in plenty of hot water in a large pot. The boiling time is your preference, but it should be around 2 – 3 minutes.
Please note we do not refund or exchange food products.
