Ortiz Yellowfin Tuna in Olive Oil (Jar)

Description

Ortiz Yellowfin Tuna is mostly fished off the west coast of Africa. It is cooked and preserved in jars of olive oil, resulting in firm chunks of flavoursome tuna. It is great served in salads or sandwiches and perfect for use in the Galician Tuna Empanada.

Conservas Ortiz was founded more than 100 years ago and is established in the small fishing village of Ondarroa, located in the North of Spain, on the Cantabrian Coast on the Bay of Biscay.
