Description
The Benriner Japanese mandoline is used to achieve even slices and cuts, as well as perfect julienne strips of fruits and vegetables. It has a 6.4cm slicing area with an adjustable stainless steel blade. The super sharp slicer allows for a variety of slicing thickness options, ranging from 0.3mm to 5mm.
