The Lorenzo No5 Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from carefully selected fruits of a single olive variety – 100% Nocellara del Belice. A gentle stone extraction process and pressing at low temperatures delivers a dense oil with a bright golden colour, a delicate spicy floral aroma and a soft creamy flavour.
Use to elevate great dishes and in place of cream to enhance flavours.
