Description
Sakamoto Brewery’s Black Sushi Vinegar is produced using the same method that has been used for 200 years.
This sushi vinegar is a well-balanced combination of Kagoshima black vinegar, salt and kelp dashi, giving it a mild acidity and aroma.
It can be used not only for sushi rice, but also for salads and marinades.
Use in sushi rice: Once the rice is cooked, transfer it immediately to a large mixing bowl and drizzle with the vinegar. Use a spatula to very gently fold the vinegar evenly through the rice. Leave to cool.
