Description
Wild Mother Black Cherry Vinegar is made from Huon and Derwent Valley cherries – no additions. It is a delicious fruit forward, full bodied vinegar with tight fruit tartness.
This vinegar utilises the hundreds of tonnes of fresh cherries that are wasted annually in Tasmania due to imperfections such as small cracks in the flesh. A desire to reduce food waste has led to a premium product.
Use this vinegar whenever red wine vinegar is called for and also great splashed on a salad.
