A most delightful drink! This quince sherbet is a recipe dating from the 15th century. It dances on the tongue with fruity quince and a smooth vanilla finish. A whole quince and vanilla bean go into the making of this extraordinary drink. Lovely in Prosecco or on its own with soda water.
Standard serving size is 25ml, diluted with soda water to taste.
