The Authentic T5 is another Tilley heritage hat. With its oval shaped crown and curved brim it offers a flattering silhouette suited to any occasion. Handmade with a durable, naturally breathable cotton duck fabric it is lightweight and has a water repellent finish while still offering the highest sun protection rating.

Care:

Machine wash delicate or hand wash cold. Use mild detergent. Do not use softeners or bleach. Remove windcord and foam from crown pocket before washing. Reshape and air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Fitting Your Hat:

The Tilley hat fits more comfortably than other hats – so it often looks better, too.
It’s designed to be worn low on your head and slightly loose, and should be held on by gravity. If you already know your regular (non-Tilley) hat size, we recommend that you select one size larger when you order your Tilley. For instance, if you’re normally a 7¼, order a 7⅜. However, to be sure, we recommend you use our measurement and sizing instructions below.

How to Measure:

• Measure the circumference of your head approximately 1 cm above your ears.
• To ensure ease and comfort add 1-2cm to your head measurement depending on how snug you like to wear your hats.
• Use that measurement to select your size from the measurement chart below.
