Description

Another sophisticated vinegar by master vinegar maker Tobaya Suten, est. 1710. This vinegar is produced by infusing traditional rice vinegar with shiso leaves and candied sugar. The unique and aromatic flavour of shiso is balanced by the sugar.

Pairs perfectly with daikon, turnips and white cabbage. Works well in dressings, seasoning sushi rice, with fresh oysters and seaweed salad. The fruity, sweetness also complements sorbet, ice cream and fresh fruit salad.
