everyone has their favourite chilli sauce : gochujang, sambal, shatta, nam phrik, tabasco? this is ours. punchy, sharp, acidic +, all importantly, spicy. fermented red chillis give it a funky hit.
add it anywhere you would hot sauce. swirl into yoghurt, spread on a sandwich, or add to a sauce for an added punch.
