• Lemon Verbena – calming and invigorating, adds a gentle lemon flavour.
• Aniseed  – aids breast milk production, improves digestion, and adds a gentle licorice flavour.
• Fenugreek encourages breast milk production and relieves a range of digestive issues.
• Cinnamon cassia – helps maintain blood sugar levels and adds a sweet flavour while decreasing sugar cravings.
• Vervain – Reduces stress, anxiety and irritability. Calms digestion and improves milk production.

How to Use:
Add 2 teaspoons of dried herb mix to a cup of boiling water. Steep for 5-10 minutes, then strain. Drink up to 4 cups a day as needed.
