Description
This Hon Dashi is a premium instant Dashi product. Hon Dashi is perfect if your recipe requires a small quantity of Dashi, or as a back-up if you have run out of Dashi ingredients.
Katsuobushi (smoked and dried Skipjack Tuna), Niboshi (dried sardines) and Konbu (dried kelp) are finely ground and seasoned with salt, so all you have to do is add it to hot water to make a flavourful Dashi.
