Description
Crinoline provide’s structure and give’s body to hems, hats and sleeves. Originally, crinoline (Crin) was used to make underskirts and as dress lining. Also know as horsehair crinoline.
This crinoline is side pleated throughout and comes with a string on one side that you can pull to gather or remove.
