Description
“Okomen” Japanese noodles are gluten-free and made from 100% natural ingredients with no additives. The noodles cook up in 90 seconds and unlike other Asian rice noodles they remain firm with a chewy bite, similar to pasta. Even after boiling the noodles will hold their texture and will not go mushy if served in a soup!
They can be eaten hot or cold and are perfect in ramen or pho or even served with a dipping sauce.
Available in both brown rice and white rice.
