Trojan BEARING BOSS – STAINLESS STEEL WHEEL BEARING PROTECTORS 45mm Diameter
Replaces grease cap and once full of grease keeps bearings lubricated. Eliminates premature bearing failure by keeping moisture out and bearings full of grease as grease is under slight pressure.
Now using a grease gun, fill hubs until piston on Trojan Bearing Boss comes out towards you. Over-filling will cause grease to be purged around the edge of the piston.
Fitting Instructions
To ensure Trojan Bearing Boss gives maximum protection, first dismantle & inspect the wheel bearings for pitting or damage due to wear. Also check oil seals & replace if necessary.
Re-assemble& pack hubs with high quality multi-purpose grease. Now fit the Trojan Bearing Boss by placing against the hub. Using a block of wood, drive it into place
